WavePass500
Deploy Your Own Server. Own Your Data. Scale to Millions of Users.
A fixed Android-based palm vein recognition terminal designed for payment, cashier systems, identity verification, and self-service applications.
Built for Payment, Cashier and Identity Verification
WavePass500 is designed for organizations that require secure biometric authentication in payment, retail, financial services, healthcare, government, and self-service environments.
Key Benefits
Hygienic, touchless verification suitable for high-traffic environments.
Industry-leading speed for seamless user experience at scale.
Palm vein patterns are internal and extremely difficult to spoof or replicate.
Test and validate your use case before commercial deployment at no cost.
Scalable from 100K to millions of users with no re-enrollment required.
Full control over your infrastructure, data, and system operations.
Wiegand and relay port support for physical access control integration.
Traditional Biometrics
- Fingerprint or face only
- Surface-level features
- Limited scalability
- Single-modal matching
WavePass500
- RGB + IR dual-mode
- Internal vein patterns
- Millions of users
- Four-layer AI matching
💳 Payment Integration Without EMV/PCI Complexity
WavePass500 is designed as a biometric authentication terminal rather than a financial POS terminal. When the device is used only for palm vein authentication, identity verification, cashier authentication, membership verification, or payment authorization workflows -- and does not process bank card information or connect directly to banking payment interfaces -- the device itself typically does not require EMV or PCI certification.
This allows solution providers to integrate palm vein authentication into existing payment ecosystems without the complexity, cost, and certification cycle associated with financial payment terminals.
ℹ️ For projects requiring direct card payment acceptance, X-Telcom recommends using AirOne.
More Than Traditional Palm Vein Recognition
WavePass500 uses X-Telcom's RGB + IR dual-mode biometric architecture -- an AI-powered matching system designed for large-scale deployments.
Registration Data Captured
The platform uploads both images and feature points simultaneously, helping improve matching speed and accuracy across large user databases.
Algorithm Benefits
Recognition success rate
Verification speed
Users tested in private DB
Four-Layer Verification Architecture
This is not a traditional IR-only solution. It is an AI-powered biometric matching architecture designed for large-scale deployments, with seamless upgrade paths from Small Model to Large Model without requiring users to register again.
Easy Integration with Existing Platforms
WavePass500 supports SDK/API integration across a wide range of business systems, with MDM support for centralized management of large device fleets.
Supported Integration Platforms
MDM Centralized Device Management
Manage hundreds or thousands of WavePass500 terminals from a centralized platform across multiple sites and locations.

Customer-Controlled Biometric Architecture
All palm vein data and images are encrypted with AES-256 and stored on the customer's own server. X-Telcom does not store, manage, or participate in customer biometric data management.
All biometric data encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
Deploy entirely on your own infrastructure. No cloud dependency, no third-party data exposure.
Architecture designed to support GDPR compliance requirements for biometric data handling.
Customer owns the system and data. No dependency on X-Telcom's servers or cloud services.
Storing both images and features supports algorithm upgrades without re-enrollment.
Customer Benefits
- Own your system and infrastructure
- Own your biometric data completely
- Deploy on your own private server
- Support private and air-gapped deployment
- Reduce vendor lock-in and dependency
- GDPR-aligned data ownership architecture
- X-Telcom has zero access to your user data
Recommended Registration Storage
Storing all four data types supports future algorithm upgrades and large-scale expansion without requiring users to register again.
