Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — X-Telcom, in partnership with Gekonova and Link SuperUp, has signed a strategic agreement to localize the manufacturing of palm vein payment and identity verification devices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This milestone follows a successful visit to NovaPay and Link Social Network, highlighting a shared commitment to building biometric innovation from within the region.
A Vision for Local Innovation and Global Expansion
Under the terms of the agreement, Link Palm will hold exclusive rights to manufacture, operate, and deploy palm-based biometric devices across both public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia. This initiative reflects a collective vision to create advanced technology that is designed, developed, and launched locally — serving Saudi Arabia first, then expanding internationally.
🗨️ “Pushing with the palm of your hand is no longer a futuristic idea, but a reality that we are creating today, with national hands from inside the Kingdom. We aim to create job opportunities for Saudis in the industrial sector.”
— Abdullah Al-Othman, Founder and CEO of Link
Impact at Scale
Starting in 2026, the plan aims to manufacture and deploy up to one million palm-based devices across the Kingdom. The expected economic impact is projected to exceed SAR 600 million within the first two years.
This agreement represents a holistic approach — integrating hardware, software, local manufacturing, and Saudi expertise to drive scalable, secure digital identity and payment solutions.
More Than Just Technology
This partnership is more than a product launch — it’s a commitment to meaningful change and localized empowerment.
🫸 Starting means we are ready to face and overcome more challenges together.
💜 Link Palm aims to support more people in solving issues related to digital identity verification and payment.
