Everything begins with one of X-Telcom’s Palm Vein Scanner devices:

- XT-WavePass500 Android Palm Vein Scanner Device — for self-service kiosks and handheld systems (Android OS)
When the user places their palm near the sensor, our SDK captures both RGB and IR feature points—not just veins, but also surface patterns and textures.
This dual-mode imaging delivers:

- Higher resistance to spoofing

For large-scale platforms, the device also uploads the original palm image alongside the feature string to boost matching precision.

Once features are extracted, they’re encrypted and sent via HTTPS to the Palm SDK Server—which may be deployed in the cloud, on-premise, or hybrid infrastructure.
There, our AI recognition engine performs real-time 1:N matching against enrolled palm templates.

Once the Palm SDK Server returns a unique user ID, the customer’s business server takes over:
- Matches the ID to the user’s stored wallet, bank account, or token
- Executes a transaction using standard APIs (e.g., payment gateway, NFC handoff, or QR fallback)
- Sends success/failure status back to the Palm Vein Scanner for on-screen confirmation
Critically, X-Telcom never handles or stores financial data or personal user records—we process only biometric features.
